Kundalini Yoga: Tapping into the Infinite

Kundalini Yoga: Tapping into the Infinite

Yoga has always intrigued me, but it wasn’t until I discovered Kundalini Yoga that I truly understood its transformative power. Known as the “yoga of awareness”, Kundalini Yoga combines breath-work, movement, and mantra to awaken a profound energy within—an energy that fuels creativity, resilience, and a sense of deep purpose.

For me, Kundalini is more than a physical practice. It’s a journey inward. Each kriya (sequence of movements and breath) feels like a gateway, opening up new levels of awareness and insight. Some days, it’s about releasing tension and finding balance. Other days, it’s about tapping into a wellspring of strength I didn’t know I had.

One of the most powerful aspects of Kundalini Yoga is its focus on the mind. Through specific breathing patterns and meditations, I’ve learned to quiet the mental chatter and connect with a deeper, more intuitive part of myself. It’s like tuning into a frequency that was always there, but I just didn’t know how to access.

This practice has enriched every area of my life. It’s given me tools to navigate stress, clarity to make aligned decisions, and a sense of connection to something greater than myself. Kundalini Yoga reminds me that we are not just our bodies or our minds; we are vast, limitless beings with the power to create and transform.

If there’s one thing Kundalini has taught me, it’s this: everything you seek is already within you. The practice is simply the key to unlock it.

Tirta Empul: A Sacred Journey of Purification and Gratitude

Bali is an island of profound spiritual energy, where each corner offers an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect. One of the most sacred places I visited was Tirta Empul, a temple renowned for its holy spring water, believed to have purifying powers. The experience of immersing myself in the waters here was not just a physical cleansing but a deep spiritual practice—one that invited me to slow down, release, and reconnect with my essence.

Meeting My Spirit Guides – A Journey Within

The workshop began in the most unexpected way. Before we even sat down, Ken started cleaning the room. Not in a rushed or perfunctory way, but with an intent that felt almost ceremonial. Space clearing. Creating an environment where the invisible could become felt. It was as if the walls themselves were exhaling, preparing to hold something sacred.
